How It Works

1. Refer a Friend or Family Member:

Share your positive experience with others and refer them to Remmick Family Dentistry. You can refer a friend, family member, coworker, or anyone who could benefit from our dental services.

2. They Book an Appointment:

When your referral books and completes their new patient cleaning and exam appointment with us, you’ll be eligible for a reward.

3. Earn Rewards:

For each successful referral, you will receive a $50 credit gift card that can be used anywhere credit cards are accepted.  There’s no limit to how many people you can refer, the more you share, the more you earn!

 

Program Guidelines

•  Referral Program Eligibility: The referring patient must be an active patient of Remmick Family Dentistry.

•  Referral Registration: Please make sure your referral mentions your name when scheduling their first appointment. This allows us to track the referral and ensure you receive your reward.

•  Reward Fulfillment: Rewards are issued once the referred patient has completed their first visit and treatment (if applicable).

•  No Limit: There is no cap on how many people you can refer. Keep referring and earn more rewards!
